- We then tailor home help to the individual’s requirements, and prepare a detailed, written care plan for your approval.
What happens next?
A member of our Home Help team will visit your home to carry out an assessment of your needs and requirements. You are under no obligation and this assessment is undertaken completely free of charge. All our care workers are fully trained to the highest standard and security checked by the Disclosure Barring Service. We carefully select our care workers to ensure that you receive the best quality care in your own home. We aim to provide continuity of care workers, continually serving your requirements.
All our managers, team leaders and care workers work closely together as a team and will continually monitor and review your care plan. We will also make regular checks to ensure that you receive the best quality care and support. We are always available to listen to your thoughts and to answer any questions you may have.
Our offices are open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and we have a 24hour on-call service. We also operate an out-of-office hours ‘on-call’ system for you to contact us in an emergency.
